  • Deletion Timeline: Upon a verified deletion request, all associated personal data (including email, Instagram tokens, and rules) will be permanently purged from our active databases within **30 days**. Residual data in backups may persist for up to **90 days** before being completely overwritten.
  • Deletion of Instagram Data: Users may also revoke KwikDM's access to their Instagram data directly through their Instagram App Settings. However, this does not automatically delete your KwikDM account profile; a direct request via email is still required for full data erasure.

8.3. Exceptions to Deletion

We may retain certain information even after a deletion request if reasonably necessary to comply with our legal obligations (such as tax and accounting laws), resolve disputes, or prevent fraud and abuse. In such cases, the data will be restricted and archived rather than actively processed.
